she usually only has it off when shes inside her glass dome. i guess she didn't like Texas much or just wanted a change of scenery.Why the hell does Sally the squirrell live in the sea???

Her name isn't Sally it's Sandy, she doesn't wear her helmet when she's in her dome that's filled with air not water.
I thought it was Sandy... and Spongebob's creators had to have been on speed (Spongebob), weed (Squidward), and meth (Patrick) to have came up with those characters.
